My Approach To Therapy

​Therapy should feel like a conversation that makes space for you, not something you have to perform. Our sessions are collaborative, down-to-earth, and responsive to what you need most in the moment.
 

I work from a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming lens, and tailor support using a mix of evidence-based approaches including:​

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Mindfulness and somatic techniques


I also offer psychoeducation and support for people newly exploring a neurodivergent identity - whether you've just received a diagnosis, self-identify, or are still figuring things out.
