Payment & Rebates

Under Medicare, you are entitled to 10 claimable sessions per calendar year with a Mental Healthcare Plan prepared by your GP alongside a referral. The Medicare rebate is $101.55 per session and your rebate will be deposited directly into your bank account, typically within 24 hours.

Your private health insurance may offer a rebate for mental healthcare services depending on your coverage. We can provide a receipt for you to claim directly with your private health insurance provider.

Payment details will be requested before your first appointment along with your consent to the fees and conditions of service.

Changes & Cancellations

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.

You’re asked to please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your session. This allow us to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting for a session. Cancellations or changes made within a 48hr and 24 hrs notice period incur a $100 fee, and those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur the full session fee.
