Fees & Rebates
With GP Referral

Under Medicare, you are entitled to 10 claimable sessions per calendar year under a Mental Healthcare Plan. You will require a GP referral which will provide a rebate of $98.95 per session.
Your private health insurance may offer a rebate for mental healthcare services depending on your coverage. We can provide a receipt for you to claim directly with your private health insurance provider.
ADHD Assessment

ADHD assessments fee covers the following:

Initial screening

90 minute session to conduct structured clinical interview

Diagnostic questionnaires

A detailed report summarising outcomes

30 minute follow up session (in person or online) to discuss results and next steps​

There is no medicare rebate offered for assessments and no GP referral is required.

$500 prepayment is required prior to clinical interview and the remaining $460 prior to the report preparation.

Should the outcome of the clinical interview not indicate ADHD diagnosis, or if you do not need a report, there is no requirement to proceed and you will not be charged for the report preparation.
Payment & Rebates
You will be asked to provide your payment details before your first appointment as well as providing your consent to the fees and conditions of service. After your appointment, you will be invoiced the full session amount. If you are claiming a rebate, we will process your rebate electronically. Your rebate will be deposited directly into your bank account, typically within 24 hours.
Changes & Cancellations
Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.
You’re asked to please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your session. This allow us to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting for a session. Cancellations or changes made within a 48hr and 24 hrs notice period incur a $100 fee, and those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur the full session fee.
